Madonna for me is a genius at what she does. Sorry, but it's just a fact.
Lady Gaga though I noticed the other day is starting to look like Queen Elizabeth 1st on her death-bed (below), which is quite alarming, it seems to be her latest post-mortem fahion statement, I'd actually love for her to date Marilyn Manson, their makeup and wardrobe would be tremendous, they would be 4 hours late arriving at everything fighting over the time spent in the bathroom, though I must say she always has the most extraordinary shoes (she is really only 3'2" tall)... and I must admit these are about the only two things that I know about her, except for the fact that whenever she appears in public here in Manhattan they have to close several streets and rope off all the sidewalks because about 2,000 photographers and TV crews follow her around everywhere she goes...about this time last year I remember I was diverted off my route all the way around 47th/48th St and onto 5th Avenue, which is the sort of thing they only usually do when the Presidential motorcade comes through midtown, and I found out later it was because Lady Gaga was doing something at Rockefeller Center...

Yeah I know, tell me about it "mate"....like Joey I get confused sometimes, and because of my senile dementia I sometimes log on here mistakenly thinking that I'm logging onto the LikeAVirgin.com forum.
Except Aerosmith do have wrinkes (fact), they are old (fact), and nobody listens to them anymore coz their latest album just bombed and they had to cancel gigs on their last tour because only the arena janitor and his wife turned up for the show....Madonna on the other hand is I admit also wrinkled and old, but her albums still sell millions and top the charts in every country they are released just like they have done for the past 30 years, and she still sells out 80,000 seater football stadiums all over the world quicker than Manchester United and the Dallas Cowboys do.
So now I need you show me specifically which part of my post was incorrect?

While I can't stand Madonna personally, I do think she is a marketing genius. The Material Girl has become an icon beyond just music.
I wasn't blown away by Aerosmith's last effort, it was OK but nothing special. I would still take it over anything Miley or Beebs have ever done...you could throw Madge and Gaga in that group too.

Settled down at last and very happy.
I don't like the stoner shit in any generation! I just wish it was legal so people would stop living their lives like it's their only cause and ideology. It's a plant! You smoke it and enjoy the effects like any other addiction. Shut up and stop talking it up like it's magic while you are just vegging with your Cheetos on the couch watching cartoon network. The thing with Miley just proves that pot is more annoying than alcohol. Past a certain age alcohol gets out of the "Oooooh I'm such a rebel thing!" and just becomes a social norm. Pot has to become a political, "rebellious", spiritual thing over something so pointless and mundane.
