First saw them in sunderland around 1979 in a pub called the old 29, there were great then and still sound great now

Was at Nottingham Rock City last night and the Toy Dolls were fantastic, they were on the small stage and had TV Smith supporting. I watched a bit of TV Smith but wasn't really bothered so went back to the pub till The main act were on. TV Smith did come on later with the Toy Dolls to sing Gary Gillmore's eyes which was excellent.
The Toy Dolls did loads of songs in their set and proved they can sing and play, the crowd were singing along to all the songs.
