Ozzy's vocals stop this album being fantastic in my eyes. Musically it is a great album but the vocals sound like shit just like on his last two piss poor Solo albums.

It's the truth, he has lost so much when it comes to his vocals he's a pale shadow of himself. And he was never the greatest singer to begin with, but had one of those voices that fit perfectly with the sound Sabbath created and his first few solo albums too.

I've listened to the new album once, and it really didn't make a big impression on me other than the fact it is a new Sabbath recording it isn't on the same level as their greatest works. And like Nolo said Ward's drumming is part of the band's trademark and it's missing.

Still wish Sabbath all the best on their tour and hope fans enjoy the show as long as they are realistic about Ozzy's ability to sing nowadays.

The CSI appearance, for anyone who missed it (like me). Hard to tell if it's a studio version or live, but Ozzy's trying to sound more like the early Ozzy, but doesn't quite have the pipes for it.

He sounds OK either way.

Ozzy and Geezer made an appearance on the Howard Stern Show Tuesday (June 11, 2013) Ozzy had a lot to say about his recent drinking and drug problems, blaming Sharon for his problems......geezer sat there quiet as a mouse!!

I feel sorry for Ozzy, he's a caricature of himself, it hurts to watch him say anything these days.

Looks like 13 has gone to number 1 on the album charts here in the UK, that's not bad going and they last held the top spot 43 years ago apparently.

Second listen through of 13 and its nearly putting me to sleep. It has some decent riffs but second play through I have liked it a lot less than the first time. This feels like such a boring album. One of the disappointments of the year for me. Rick Rubin's loudness war obsession is also a fun killer for me on this album.
