We come to the end (for now) of our Hall of Fame project. 19(!) voters this round set a new record, so thanks to all the voters. While I'm at it, thanks to everyone who ever participated in this task. It is the board's Hall of Fame and wouldn't mean anything without the participation.

Our 2013 class consists of 8 fine artists. Congratulations to:

Bachman Turner Overdrive (not Cleveland inducted)

The Faces/The Small Faces (Cleveland inducted 2012)

An exciting class in my opinion. Legends like Janis Joplin and Van Morrison that took a while for us to induct, and some classic rock staples like The Faces and BTO. Personally, I am very pleased (and a little surprised) to see INXS inducted.

So that wraps up this long strange trip. Though we have caught up to present day, my hope is that the project will live on with a new induction every year. The 2014 newly eligible will include Nirvana, Fugazi, Danzig, Living Colour among others (Kylie Minogue anyone?) I plan on bringing back the vote again in October, so don't forget about me. Thanks again everyone!

Thanks for seeing this project through to the end. For the most part, I really enjoyed seeing how our userbase voted as opposed to how the RnR Hall of Sham has been doing it for years.

Props and I hope you do stick around as a regular poster as well. :cheers2

That's a list to be proud of in my opinion. I don't see how you can have a Hall of Fame that has been around for any length of time and not have bands like Kiss, Judas Priest, T. Rex, Deep Purple, The Moody Blues, etc, etc, etc.:wtf:

Finally, the Hall of Fame has a place in the sticky threads up above here in the Rock Lounge. I have noticed that the pictures I use often disappear. It would be great if I had access to edit that thread if possible, or if someone with editing ability could replace pictures now and then it would be greatly appreciated.
