Appetite was in my opinion probably the greatest debut album of all time. There isn't one bad song on it! Only debut albums that come close are Van Halen and Boston

Guns N' Roses have had their share of hits and decent songs. Axel's whiny voice is a little irritating to my ears to be honest. I feel that vocally he's also weakened over the years. Slash is the reason why I really listen to the band - might make me sound bad or not. Aside from "The Spaghetti Incident" song cover album I can't say that the rest were mediocre by any means. I've personally just had more songs that didn't grip me verse songs that did.

Nevertheless, Appetite for Destruction has stood the test of time and remained solid.

To all y'all Aussies out there, sorry that in order to see ZZ Top in Australia, you have to also see Guns 'N' Roses. Sucks that ZZ Top would tour with Gun 'N' Roses these days and actually let them headline.

My Dad went to the concert mainly to see Rose Tattoo and ZZ Top ............ I think by the time Guns N Roses eventually took to the stage he had almost nodded off :D

Guns & Roses. Only one great album IMO. But it was a true classic. Although I did like Lies

The acoustic version of You're Crazy is smokin'

Guns N’ Roses Release Trailer for 3D Concert Film

SOURCE LINK

This summer, Guns N’ Roses will release ‘Appetite for Democracy,’ a 3D concert film shot during their similarly titled residency at the Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas last fall. The trailer, which has just been released, is embedded above.

The three-and-a-half minute clip shows the band tearing through a handful of hits, including ‘Welcome to the Jungle,’ ‘Sweet Child O’Mine,’ ‘Live and Let Die,’ ‘November Rain,’ ‘You Could Be Mine,’ ‘Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door’ and ‘Paradise City. The setlist for the show includes those as well as covers by Pink Floyd (‘Another Brick in the Wall, Pt. 2′), the Who (‘The Seeker’) and Neil Young (‘Don’t Let it Bring You Down’).

Release date for ‘Appetite for Democracy’ has yet to be announced, but the YouTube page for the trailer says that it will be in theaters, 3D Blu-ray, and DVD, as well as via a worldwide television broadcast. You can find out more information on the movie’s Facebook page.

Guns N’ Roses aren’t the only rock legends putting out a 3D concert movie this year. On Aug. 9, Metallica will release ‘Through the Never,’ a film that combines performance footage with a plot about a roadie sent on an errand that winds up taking a typically Metallica-esque series of twists and turns.
