CDs in the car.

Ipod back in my fort.

Here on the computer, my daughter told me to check out Pandora. She said you choose an artist, and it'll also provide you with other artists with similar styles.

Hopefully, I'll be able to expand my musical horizons a bit more.

That's one of the greatest things about music. If you keep an open mind, your horizons never stop getting bigger.

The only thing I do miss about LP's is the album sleeves and the original art work, and the lyrics are a font size that your can read, I need reading glasses for reading and with most CD's the CD sleeve is so tiny it's hard work reading it, and of course when you download an album as an MP3 you get no lyrics or recording details. Some of my old vinyl have amazing inserts, almost books.

I still use my Discman :wtf:

:heheh:

And BTW, Vinyl sounds far superior to all other mediums as anyone who actually bothered to take care of their collection already knows.

The vinyl I retained have nice gatefolds with great pics. There is the added bonus sometimes of posters that are included not to mention the inner sleeves with lyrics.

Or adverts to become an official member of the band fan club and merchandise store on an address that more likely doesn't exist anymore. :oyea:

^:D The really, really, really, really older pressings have inner sleeves that have the releases of other artists on the same label. Like a flyer almost...

They're mostly re-presses. It's funny sometimes, when you take an album released in thelate 60s or early 70s and there's Bonnie Tyler album for instance that you can buy. :heheh: I still have Judas Priest competition ad where you can win one of 3... wait for it... Suzuki GS 125 motorbikes. :oyea: I was like - wow, that's must've been such a cool machine.

I had one for an Adam Sandler comedy CD and it unfolded into a sweet album related board game.
