Sorry guys but there are only 4 American Idol judges and neither Steven Tyler nor Nicki Minaj is one of them. Simon is what made it so much fun for me, personally.

now isn't it ironic that this person is judging a singing competition?...:pullhair:

get rid of the AUTOTUNE!!!! show us how you really sound like!!

WHAT!? are you nuts!? Hell no. I wouldn't want to hear what she sounds like without the autotune, and surely don't want to hear any more of her garbage WITH it.

What a hack. :puke:

I haven't listened to any of her music other than what is on the commercials.......

I doubt I will either :D

My sentiments exactly .:D

I would be happy to read Idol's obituary, I think it's about run it's course.

The problem with Idol now, aside from the lack of good judges, is what I mentioned earlier: the previous four or five winners have been complete bores. No one wants to watch anymore because these guys have hardly been a success. Look at Carrie Underwood and Kelly Clarkson... Both won seasons ago and are still making great music and selling albums. Even Jordin Sparks is entertaining. I can't take one more dude who makes dorky music winning it all again. I can't think of a single male Idol winner who has even come close to matching the success of Kelly and Carrie. Daughtry seemed to be doing well but Chris wasn't a winner.

I used to watch Idol when Tyler was on the panel, but now he's gone unless they get something on there equally entertaining, like Ted Nugent eating raw buffalo meat on the show every week, or Shane McGowan of The Pogues drinking an entire litre of Jack Daniels each episode, I've watched my last AI show.

X Factor is better anyway, as it has Simon Cowell, who at least knows what he is talking about, and who I almost never disagree with, and also it has Demi Levato, who is sweet, sexy, hilarious, and very outspoken. Anyone here watch X Factor?

This morning a story about Nicki Minaj calling Steven Tyler a racist popped up on my Yahoo. That's like....the most laughable thing I've ever heard. Aerosmith helped break down a racial barrier when they collaborated with hip-hop's godfather's Run-DMC. Show's what Nicki really knows....

Minaj: Steven Tyler is a racist!
Me: Who is Nicki Minaj?
World: Wait 15 minutes and it won't matter.

He didn't say anything racist. And even if he did call her a black rapper, that isn't racist. She is black. And she is a rapper. Period. So how is that comment inaccurate? So if you said Stephen Tyler was a white rock vocalist, would that be racist? The rest of their argument is pointless if you read it, Dylan made his bones 50 years ago playing 300 folk club gigs a year while living in the back of a van, genius like his requires no help from televised talent show contests.
