Veruca Salt is the only band i value over nirvana, and for me thats saying alot.
Nirvana is def more popular, and were iconic in the 90s as well as pioneers for what is now modern alternative music, they were a game changer for sure... but veruca salt just connects on a whole other level for me, i never experienced music that i could connect with on a whole other level like that. Im sure people feel the same way about their favorite bands, and i just learned about Veruca Salt yesterday. ****ing Incredibleness :D

Not really a 90´s band, but what the heck.......Porcupine Tree.

Not a 90's band? Well sure they are. They were very much active in the nineties. No, they weren't very popular in the 90's. Even to this day they aren't super well known outside of prog circles but they are a lot bigger than they were then.
