Outrageous Acts By Bands

Name off what you think are the most outrageous acts done by a band onstage or off.

One of the ones that I recall is Ozzy biting the head off of a bat that was thrown onstage by a fan during a concert in Des Moines. The bat got freaked by the stage lights and didn't move at all. Ozzy apparently thought it was a rubber bat so he grabbed the thing and bit its head off. Immediately after, he was rushed the the hospital and given rabies shots.

I also heard he bit the head off of a dove at a CBS meeting but that was apparently on purpose to gain attention.

One is when Oasis threw a TV set out of a hotel window !!!

Led Zeppelin driving a motorcycle through a hotel room, throwing TVs out the hotel windows, Jimmy Page's affairs with teenage girls, the infamous mudshark incident... which may or may not be true.

I remember the Red Hot Chili Peppers playing in their birthday suits at I think one of the 90's Woodstock festivals. Damn Flea!

- Osbourne urinating on the Alamo was despicable.
- Keith Emerson setting fire to the stars and stripes was tactless.
- Liam Gallagher picked a fight with someone in a restaurant and they knocked his teeth out.
- Michael Jackson held a child out of a hotel window in Germany. Insane!
- Keith Moon drove a Rolls Royce into a swimming pool.
- Amy Winehouse attacked fans during a concert. Presumably, she was in no fit state to do the show.
- Bjork attacked various people at airports.
- Elvis Presley attacked various visitors to Graceland with a snooker cue.
- Jerry Lee Lewis married his 14-year-old cousin.
- Drummer Dave Mattocks used to remove his clothes in the bar and then streak past the audience at Andy Fairweather-Low gigs. The maddest thing is that everyone was out of their heads and didn't bat an eyelid.
- The Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Marianne Faithful Mars Bar incident.

I'd say the infamous Ferry crossing and subsequent deporting of Oasis from Holland in 94 is more outrageous. Or Liam threatening to put an axe into the head of a pilot on a Qantas flight in 1997 / 1998.

Also, didn't Roger Daltrey say the Rolls Royce in the pool didn't happen?

The guitarist for L7 pulled out a bloody tampon and threw it at the crowd because she was tired of the audience throwing things at the band

Inger Lorre, lead singer of the Nymphs, didn't like the way Geffen Records was handling their career. During a meeting with the A&R guy, she hopped up on his desk and peed on it.

John Bonham didn't like one of Jimmy Page's girlfriends so he pooped in her purse (or legend has it that he did at least)
