I live in Galicia, Spain.
That's easy, I think...
When you say Jimmy Page (for example) is my fave guitar player you're thinkin' in one song...
Please, say what is that song.
The song you like the best of each guitar player you like or you want to comment.
But only the guitar playin', not the rest of the song.
I think it's clear.
Ask if you don't understan me, please.

I wouldn't even know where to begin, there are so many incredible riffs, solos and jams over the past 45 years, by SO many guitarists. I could write a list a couple hundred songs long and not even touch on much more than a fraction of the possible list.

Jeff Beck was a tough call. I originally considered "Rice Pudding" from the Beck-Ola album.
Actually, a lot of them were tough calls since the guitarists on my list put out an endless number of great songs.
With Uli Roth I could have gone with "Shine On" or "Speedy's Coming" and one of my favorite Schenker solos is on "Let It Roll".
I will definitely come back to this thread.

It is soooo hard to just pick a few! But if I had to say....
Jimmy Page- D'yer Mak'er
Mick Mars- Home Sweet Home (really, Mick was a good guitarist in general but I just LOVE the solo in Home Sweet Home)
Tony Iommi- Paranoid
So far that is all I can think of, though I know there is probably more. I will probably post again later. But I just have to say anything from GNR because Slash is probably one of the most memorable guitarists. My favorite GNR guitar bit has to be It's so Easy and November Rain.

Good idea for a post, it has me thinking!:grinthumb
