Which rockstar (male or female), do you feel, has the best speaking voice?

I can honestly say I don't care what a singer's speaking voice sounds like. I liken it (almost) to listening to what an athlete's speaking voice sounds like. Most of the time, I don't want to hear any of these people talk.

So I don't know who has "the best speaking voice", however one guy I almost always enjoy listening to is Gene Simmons. Love him or hate him for his actions, and even if you don't like what he says, he is very well spoken. He speaks clearly and you don't have to wonder wtf he just said.

Gene came to mind because he does speak well and seems to have some brains about certain things..
I'll throw Billy Idol in the pile.. I dig his brit accent..

This is an interesting question. Well, anyone that knows me (or has glanced at my avatar, even) knows I'm a bit biased toward Brian May. I LOVE his speaking voice. He's so articulate...and shy-sounding...you don't expect him to play guitar the way he does! I'm including this particular video, even though it's a bit lengthy, to illustrate this effect. First he murmurs, "OK, this is the, uh, solo from 'Somebody to Love'..." then he starts PLAYING and I, the viewer, just sit there going :omg:

My second favorite rockstar voice to listen to, though, is Pete Townshend's. Again, he's very articulate, and his voice is just very pleasant-sounding. Here he is discussing the rock opera Tommy in his usual intellectual manner. A very interesting interview, in fact.

My vote would have to go to the late Jon Lord. It was always a pleasure to listen to him being interviewed. Intelligent, articulate, witty ..... I shall miss his interviews greatly.

This may sound strange, but I like to hear Billy Gibbons talk.
Not just his voice, but his manner of speaking.

Also, in the Dylan documentary I liked listening to Joan Baez.
