Killing Machine was the US version of Hell Bent for Leather.

I only really like Rocka Rolla and Sad Wings of Destiny, when they were still recording material by their previous singer, Al Atkins. Successive albums had their moments, but weren't as consistent. Glenn Tipton's solo work is pretty good (he has a reasonable voice) and I didn't mind Halford's Fight.

I have never heard the albums with Tim Owens.

Halford is singing on Rocka Rolla and Sad Wings Of Destiny

Yes Al did co-write 5 numbers between these two albums.

Ridin' The Storm Out & Son Of A Poorman by REO Speedwagon. Both songs are better off of "Live You Get What You Play For" than the studio versions off of the Ridin' the Storm Out album. Mike Murphy was the vocalist on the studio versions & IMO Kevin Cronin does way better on both tunes.

Love the original but this live version carries so much feel and weight, I think its amazing!

energy and oxygen(3.23), album version is good but live...... different level
