I actually got to see a video or two while I was at my parents place and this song came on. It was on a VMA nominees special and while I've heard Cage before they have my attention with this single! It has that crazy vocal quality I like from Modest Mouse!

Shake Me Down
I could see how "Shake Me Down" is like Modest Mouse.
I picked up their debut album a little bit ago after hearing them on the radio for ages but I really am not sure if I really like them or not. "Ain't No Rest For The Wicked" is great but the rest of the album hasn't quite grown on me as much. They have a very classic sound with some modern flare but I just feel like they're maybe a bit too familiar and that just doesn't catch my attention as much.
If you are enjoying these guys sound, especially from their first album, I would highly recommend the band 'Perfect Confusion'. It's basically the same band but from earlier and a bit more funk driven, but I actually think I prefer that album more than Cage's first. Here's a taste.

Really like this band. But I've watch them grow here in Kentucky. I seen a lot of there early shows before they got huge

Saw them in September 09. Lead singer is alot of fun to watch. He's all over the place.
