Re: Daily, Nightly and Ever So Rightly II *Chat Thread*

G'day to you too. How was the trip??

Yeah, not bad. I did find standing in the sun in the middle of nowhere in 40 degree heat to be a bit of a drag on one day, but for the most part I enjoyed myself. Good to get away from the cities really, enjoy the country for what it really is (either a thing of beauty, or a bunch of trees crawling with evil insects and spiders surrounded by pointy or sharp plant material, depending on your perspective on life  I'm definitely the former.)

Good to be back in civilisation, though.

Sadly I don't see it getting better, as we become more and more of a rushed society and only out for number one.

This is true.. Where's the fire??? :wtf: Also we do have a overpopulation problem going on. And when people are stacked up and in each others spaces.. They tend to get angry at others.. just waiting for the chance to explode on another for doing something that ****** them off.. I tell my wife all the time that it's not worth flipping or yelling at someone even though you don't like what they do.. A angry person can do just like you said.. Stab or shoot you and not even think about it..

Be careful on those roads Little Boo..:cheers2

Hey guys, guess what? I'm still alive! (Sorry to disappoint)

Just thought I'd pop in to the chat thread to say G'day. I've been off on an Ecology trip to the Middleback Ranges (South Australian outback), studying grazing dynamics with the Uni. Bit of fun. So I'm back, and ready to rock! :D

Feldy when you're done mucking about enjoying yourself I expect You to solve the Cane toad problem...that'll keep you out of trouble for a spell at least.:D

Interesting fact is crows know how to kill cane toads and eat them without being poisoned. They can flip the toads over and eat out their guts.
Smart birds they are.
