GUNS N’ ROSES TO RELEASE MORE MUSIC?
THIS NEWS BROUGHT TO YOU BY VH1'S DAVE BASNER

Guns N’ Roses spent over a decade working on their 2008 album Chinese Democracy, so there was a lot of material that didn’t make the original record but there’s a chance it might soon come out. Keyboardist Dizzy Reed told Billboard that there are plans to release the session material, which he called “pretty amazing.” While there is no word on when that might hit shelves, Dizzy revealed that the guys are also “recording new stuff all the time.” The rocker went on to say, “Eventually something’s got to give and then it’s gonna come out.”

Exactly, MP! I was thinking they should save it a bit since GNR probably won't put out newly recorded album for a few decades.

I feel like they shouldn't release another album... they are making themselves look lazy by saying it took them ten years to make one album... the original GNR wrote songs in just hours.... I'm not sure how successful they are now, because I didn't hear anyone talk about Chinese Democracy and not many were pleased with the music.... Does anyone know where the success of GNR is now? I'm one of their biggest fans, but I stopped keeping track of them after '95.

I agree with my young friend,,,if it's not any better than the last one don't bother.:nw:

I would rather see a Blu-Ray remix of "Appetite for Destruction".:grinthumb

Yes when done properly a 5.1 DVD 24-96khz release is very good.

BluRay's are 24-192khz and have not really been explored yet...I am going to pick up Steven Wilson's "remixes" of King Crimson's albums, Robert Fripp had retained ownership of All the mastertapes which made it easy to upgrade the sound and offer them in a Top Notch digital format.
