after looking over everyone's lists, it seems quite clear that the underated lists are songs that are packed away deep into a band's catalog, usually on side 2.

The overrated lists are songs that the radio overplays way too much and even the band might play too much in concert (and the fans are like "aw man, why do they always play this song?") or they include it on almost every live album.
