I have to go with Hot Rocks I, it has almost all of their best songs.

Sticky Fingers 2nd.

Exile On Main Street 3rd.

Beggars Banquet 4th.

Not a bad list.:grinthumb

It's a mixture of "Hot Rocks" with "Hot Rocks and Fazed Cookies" - I'm sliding more towards "Fazed Cookies" though because most of the songs on it aren't chart toppers or played to death songs. Sadly their've reduced me to a couple of songs on a MP3 player from those albums - I have no intention of having a "dig" at the group personally, mainly because it was a combination of Radio Station playing the same old stuff - day after day and the media which always go for news coverage of the Stones back live. If there's nothing which frustrates me more, then it's media. I hate to say it though, but Mick and the Boys are essentally a 60s/ early 70s group at best, and that's where I'd rather leave it, but if people want to go and see them, then it's their choice, personally I would not though and I hope people can understand! :-o

And yeah unfortunately I don't have a favourite album of their's! If there's something really good - which isn't loaded with hit singles, then I'm all ears! :-D

Lord Grendel whats your favorite real album, not like greatest hits or anything

I did list my four favorites Rollingstoned, so if you don't like Hot Rocks I compilation album, next is Sticky Fingers.

I much prefer the early Stones catalog, most of the albums from the 80's on were not even close to their earlier work.

There's a couple songs I listen to from the 80's. They still sounded great but there new-er song's wern't nearly as good as there old cuts. There 1981 tour was one of there best in my opinion.

Sticky Fingers is a great album, I love Mick Taylor's solo in Can't you hear me knocking.
