Glad he's still playing guitar, even if it's with "Blackmore's Knight"
Hopefully he does a new albulm/tour with Rainbow and even though I'm probably pushing it here.....Deep Purple!

I'm overwhelmed with envy! The Machine Head tour!
I saw Purple in '85 on the Perfect Strangers tour. That was the only time I saw Blackmore play rock live. I had tix for their '87 tour (House of Blue Light) but RB broke his finger and the tour was cancelled. I saw Blackmore's Night in Philly a few years ago. Not bad, but I'm totally biased. Never did see Rainbow, but I hopelessly wait for a reunion of some line-up (preferrably w/ Dio).
