I know a few members have got nasty messages supposedly by me. It was our troll trying to cause trouble again. If you received a message and thought it was by me notice the . on the end of Midnight Rider. He simply used my name and added the . on the end.
Sorry if this caused any misunderstanding. The troll seems lately to be trying to make his name close to members so watch carefully the names.

Yeah, that had "troll" written all over it. I did forward a rather colorful response. It's a shame he'll never read it.

I just returned back today after many months off and noticed a few bans and I was thinking WTF?....lol

I had just returned back to the forum and I wondered why I was being attacked by Midnight Rider. I hate that there is an idiot troll, but I was glad to find out it wasn't Midnight Rider attacking me. I was wondering what the hell I had done.

I was on a RETAIL forum site and there was a TROLL who used the same username as others.......here is an example on the site in question I am DGSUCKS and the TROLL used DGSUKKS and tried to trick people into thinking he was me and he did that to about 20 other users before the BOM finally banned him but then again on that site we rarely heard form the ADMINS or BOM.

On that site you could register as many times as you want to have as many usernames as you wanted to but that site has since pulled the plug for good.

I am a MOD on a retail forum site and we have a jail in which we put the troll in after we use some coding that makes the site appear to be screwed up to the troll not anyone else.

When the TROLL tries to do anything on the site the site just doesn't work or goes crazy and we let this go on for a week then we turn the coding off to see what the TROLL does.

The coding gets used after 2 strikes and when we turn it off and the TROLL is still being stupid then in the jail he goes for as long as the person who puts it there decides.

We also screen all who want to register to see if they are SPAMMERS or whatnot by there username they picked and their email addy and their domain name.

We have 1 ADMIN and 5 MODS and I am a bit more relaxed than the others as I do not want to be to strict and give the users more freedom to express themselves.

I do not come here often anymore. I decided to visit today and saw a negative message from him as well as somebody named Randy. What a bunch of jabronies!

Quite a few people got the same message as you. We are working hard at keeping them out now though.

Can't you block the fake Midnight Rider's IP number or email address ??

Or

Just flat out ban the troll ??
