The Runaways is beyond the best when it comes to rock n' rollers with tits. Get past Cherry Bomb and there is some beyond decent stuff...

Take a peek!

Have to agree, the Runaways demonstrated that women could rock with the best. The fact that they were only teenagers was more amazing. However, their debut in 76, I believe is the only one with any consistency. When I bought their debut, I said, if they even sound half as good as the blonde on the cover looks, shouldn't be too bad. They did. The fact that the most kick
butt female rocker (Jett), came from this band is no coincidence. The stuff they had to endure from the male dominated rock scene was tough on them.

The Wilson girls of Heart rocked the house down. They are in my opinion the
best female lead band ever.

^^ Yep three original members (Kelly the founder lead guitar player passed on a few years ago) plus Jackie Chambers on lead guitar .. and man she can play. So yeah they rocked and the crowd loved them.

I remember my mom changing the station in the car when this came on. She thought it was like a porn song or something.:heheh:

If that ever came on while I was watching porn, I'm positive I'd have to turn it off.
