That's a tough one cause they're so different, but each one great in their own right.

The Doors could build more drama with a few simple bars of music than Queen could with weeks of studio time involving multiple retakes and complex orchestral arrangements.

Label me a bubble burster but Queen almost never used an orchestra, Hep. They were do-it-yourselfers. In fact I can count the ones where they did (off the top of my head) on one hand, and to quote Magic, "The Doors never made anything this beautiful":
