I'd love to have a giant framed print of that Spears pic...
Personally I'd rather have one of that picture of Chad Kroeger.
No, you see...using the video of what sparked the Riverport Riot like that makes your points wrong. Now I'm in no way going to say that Axl is not a very difficult individual to say the least, but there was absolutely nothing "ignorant" about that video that you posted. Maybe within the context of the video itself it seems like Axl is getting an a-hole but he didn't just go "Oh hey, that guy has a camera. I'm gonna do something about that." and then proceed to dive into the crowd and start kicking ass.
First of all that guy wasn't a "camera man", he was just a guy with a camera during a concert that didn't permit cameras. Secondly, people within the Guns N' Roses camp requested that venue security remove the camera on four separate occasions, which they ignored. On top of THAT the venue security had, reportedly, been very very lax during that show by not enforcing the drinking limit and letting weapons into the arena. What's more is that Axl wasn't getting plastic bottles thrown at him, instead the other members of the band were getting hit with glass bottles and the security at the venue failed to do anything about that. Now I'm not saying that that one guy deserved to have Axl's frustration unleashed on him like that but what I am saying is that of the things Axl Rose has done in his career that could get him called a "jerk" this isn't one of them considering the actual circumstances.
While i'm in awe of his talent, he's in many ways, responsible for one of the ugliest disputes in Rock...i mean, threatning to sue his former band members for using the name, fighting over a pig, and spitting on a fan during a concert simply because she asked to play her favourite song. I get that musicians are under a lot of stress during touring, but that in no ways excuse his ways.
So, i'm sad to say, he too, is a Jerk!!

Heres more proof that Axl Rose is considered as a jerk
Axl Rose didn't have to jump into the crowd and take matters into his own hands just because some guy had a camera. He should of just continued to play the show because people paid good money to see them perform and Axl Rose should of respected that. Jumping into the crowd just shows that he can't handle or control himself.

you must not be a musician. What did you want him to do stand there at wait to get a concusion. I have had beer bottles thrown at my while on stage it is not something any musician should have to put up with. Obviously who ever threw the rocks at him paid for a ticket so it makes no sense to throw rocks.

Did you really read what I said? I never once denied that Axl has done plenty of things to be branded as a jerk. I said that in that particular instance he was not.
Yeah that makes sense. Axl should have continued to play a show where bottles were being thrown at his bandmates. Psssh I mean seriously, its not like venue security was doing a shitty job at the only thing they get paid to do. OH and I mean, it's not respect is a two way street or anything. It's not like the band came there to put on a show for them or anything. I guess what the members of Guns N' Roses should have done when they were hit by glass bottles is just laugh and go "Oh you crazy fans. Ya got me.". As the performers they clearly don't warrant the crowd's equal respect or anything. That'd be silly. They're nothing more than musical stage monkeys with that CRAZY lead singer who can't control himself and should behave as such, right? "Oh you had better dance monkey or this bottle is going to ping you in the temple."
Now....maybe I'm just off my rocker or something but...um...how is Axl a jerk in this video? Not wanting some "stupid ****head" to throw fire into a large crowd of people doesn't exactly strike me as a grade-A douchebag behavior.
Hmm...Axl Rose doesn't want concert goers to get burned by flying fire. What a *****! God!
