Are there any new retro sounding bands that you enjoy ?

i saw the stray cats back in 1983 inxs opened i still remember that night.

Jerk it Out by the Ceasars has a retro sound. I liked it.

Just thought of the Volebeats. They sound a lot like the Byrds.

Well I don't get it, but people here are going nuts over these guys. Made the cover of RS, and to me they sound like a Guess Who clone. But, maybe some of you will enjoy this ..

I immediately thought of this song when I saw this thread too. I don't mind it. If you listen to some of their other songs,
you can definitely see the resemblance to the rock of the 60's and 70's as well. My question is, are they TRYING to
sound like this, basing their music from those bands? Or does it come organically to them? No doubt I'd rather
listen to these guys on the radio than all of the Top 40 techno pop crap.

Yeah, I agree with you last point for sure. I have nothing against them, just don't get all the hype. Cool video though if that counts for anything.
