The OGWT was good when it originally started on the BBC in 1971 and through until about 1976 when punk arrived and then I switched off just like 'whispering' Bob Harris did rock dudes.

There was a Whistle Test Live, on Saturday evenings hosted by Annie Nightingale or Pete Drummond, Schenker was on that with UFO .
