For the last few days I've had PILEDRIVER by STATUS QUO on the CD player.
This album celebrates its 50th anniversary in December 2022.
This was their 5th album.
In recent years, Americans & Canadians have been discovering STATUS QUO, mainly due to YOU TUBE.
The comments on YOU TUBE say things like " OMG, why haven't we heard these guys before?, they are awesome !!!!!!!!! "
THE 'QUO ARMY' regard STATUS QUO as the best and greatest, real, genuine and sincere ROCK BAND OF ALL TIME.
This is because they are.

Released in early 1977 and recorded late 1976 at THE APOLLO GLASGOW, " QUO LIVE " has the amplifiers turned up to 12.
This captures STATUS QUO at their peak.
It's probably the best LIVE album ever made.
Coming in 2nd and not very far behind is WELD by NEIL YOUNG & CRAZY HORSE.
This album is far superior to RUST NEVER SLEEPS.
