Hep is gonna visit the catnip patch to celebrate for sure now...:heheh:

Good idea to keep them all contained in one place, I haven't posted in many yet, seeing Zombeels has posted so many new ones. I'll pick away at them till I catch up.

2. We have a new sub-forum. Book of Lists. This forum is for all those neat "list" threads, and "top 10" threads. This will keep those threads from getting lost in the general music discussions.

To put this thread back on track.......

I have made a couple changes to the forum today.

1. The Skin now fits the entire screen. If you don't like this change, please don't post it here, I have a poll for your opinions in the "feedback" forum.

Great job Magic, on both ideas!

I guess that's why you get paid the big bucks!

I know I'm a little late to the signature argument, but I thought I'd toss out my view anyway. I don't really care one way or another, UNLESS said sig is so large, animated, hi-res or otherwise complicated that when I try to scroll past that person's post my computer temporarily locks up until the sig has finished loading. I know I can turn sigs off for everyone, but that kind of spoils the party, IMO.

Having said that, I don't recall seeing that happen at all in my time here. On the old forum from whence I came there was a certain member whose sig contained a morphing photo of himself transforming into a large jungle cat and back again, and it caused my computer fits everytime it came up on my monitor. I'd hate to see that happen here.

YMMV. ;)

Duly noted, and I agree. I will definitely keep an eye out for images in sigs that require extended loading times for people's PC's.

I don't think that will be a problem the limitations are quite specific and unless we increased them to accommodate massive animated gif's we won't have any trouble.
