Great choices listening to VIRGIN BLACK....those albums are high on my wishlist . I mentioned the band in the "what is gothic metal "thread. Always good to see people on the forum have a wider range in music....Ive been in the gothic rock scene for years as a fan and musician

It's called Reproductions! :) I've heard Veins and it's good but I strongly recommend "Om Your Shore"! Not only does it end with one of the best Rolling Stones covers of "Wild Horses" I've ever heard but songs like "Limits Of Our Love", "Every Time It Rains" are great as well as "Your Armor" for ballads. "Haunted" may be her at her most Tori as well! :)

YES!!! I love Charlotte Martin and you are right, she's very Tori-ish! I really think she sounds a LOT like Kate Bush too! :) I only own "On Your Shore" which was her biggest release but I loved every song on that one! My friend saw her live and got me an autographed poster which I thought was cool as well. :) She has a good amount of material out but it's a little more expensive since all of it is indenpendant and didn't see much light of day. I want her covers album most now because I like her cover of Pearl Jam "Elderly Woman...."!

Awesome! They do have a similar feel to Mumford who I also like a lot! I know what you mean on Indie stuff as a good share of it sounds lo-fi and tries to appeal to the hipsters or retro throwback crowd. Dry The River definitely has a bigger, emotional, more accessible sound than that! Thanks for listening and hope they continue to appeal to you! :cheers2

If you mean Burn It Down I can't because they've taken them all down. :( I did like their last album despite the criticism. It was very experimental and all over the place for them. :)

They actually don't have an official one but if they did I'd definitely contribute. Have you seen them live? They sound just like they do on record which is impressive. I thought My Chemical Romance was the best that night at Projekt Revolution but Linkin Park was great as well. So Taboo, you want to take a stab at that band thread? :)
