EZ, do you remember a heavy prog band called Atomic Rooster and an album called Death Walks Behind You?

Power trio band with great musicians like Vincent Crane, John Du Cann, and Paul Hammond

Yeah I sure do one of the very first 45rpm singles I ever bought back in 1971 was The Devils Answer along with The Who's Won't Get Fooled Again. Yeah Vincent Crane committed suicide on Valentines Day 1989. Yeah I like Atomic Rooster even the Chris Farlow version of the band with Mick Bolton on guitar.

They had a long yet chequered career that ended tragically with bipolar Vincent Crane's suicide who had been battling it since the 60s. Plenty of great musicians along with Crane himself and nobody could replicate his hammond organ sound, for sure.

John Du Cann and Paul Hammond went on to form Hard Stuff which is something I think you'd like a lot if you're not familiar with them

Yeah I have seen that Hard Stuff cd in the cd rakes and it was re-released on cd in the UK about a year ago along with a bunch of other artists & bands that were signed to the Purple records label an affiliate of the Deep Purple organisation.

I don't really listen to that much thrash so I'm not so sure about liking their music. As people, that's a whole 'nother story. Also, I'd appreciate it if you'd stop calling me "babe".
