    I heard this song on the radio yesterday. It could be relatively new or 90s/00s. I'm not sure. It had a dramatic tone to it and the refrain was sommething like the numbers '22 46', numbers close to these or something that sounded similar to these numbers. Hope someone knows it.

    Yes the singer is male and also at some point it says something like 'the change all around you' but I'm not so sure about that.
