I too was not aware if it until one of my guilty pleasures from the late 80's, The Christians, had a minor hit in the UK with their version. (posted both in the cover or original thread earlier today). You know how precious some people get with original songs. Well, a friend was disgusted with me for not preferring the GSH version. I like both just as equally.
