The version of the Mama's and Papa's album that I have shows the toilet. It's quite a grubby toilet so one can see why they covered it up with the track listing
I have the Heep on vinyl on the original Vertigo spiral label, with David Byron's face covered with cobwebs on the cover. It has a slightly different track listing as well (Lucy Blues instead of Bird of Prey)
