I am the owner of two original CTA recording from 1968. There are two reel recordings. I was hoping to get some input as to how to go about 1) Finding the value of such recordings 2) should I contact an entertainment attorney regarding the rights to sell/auction these items?


Below are the details of the reels:

First reel:
"C.T.A. (The Big Thing) June 11, 1968 at Wine & Roses. Last Chicago
performance. Pete - Bass, Bobby - Organ, Terry - Guitar, Danny -
Drums, Lee - Trumpet, Jim - Trombone, Wally - Sax.

Side I: 1st and 2nd sets.

Side II: 3rd & 4th sets (originals on 4th). # last set on reel II"
