Halford for sure along with Ronnie James Dio, Tony Iommi and probably Bruce Dickinson.
Ozzy not so much especially regarding his recent albums which have been mediocre at best.

I strongly take this back actually. I don't consider anyone to be more 'metal' than anyone else and choose to distance myself from that.
