I've seen some of the Neil Young's Harvest songs here, so I will put one of another of his folkish albums, Comes a time:

Neil Young - Look out for my love



It's a very simple riff, but it's fantastic.


And an artist that I discovered watching the Rob Zombie's "The Devil's Rejects", Terry Reid, who has some fantastic acoustic songs like this one:
