I've got their Epicus Doomicus Metallicus and Nightfall, but the best track is The Propercy/Dark Reflection.

The best heavy doom metal to start with!

About time another Candlemass fan showed up here.

I don't know about it being their best song ever but it is awesome w/o a doubt.

Love this band, I have Nightfall and Death Magic Doom and both are really great albums. Sounds like the sort of doom band I would really like to explore and it has not disappointed so far.
I like the song House of 1000 Voices.

Love the band, they never made a bad record. Newest is unfortunately the last.


Never had a bad vocalist either, though Rob Lowe's one of my favorites of all time, so he gets the edge.

Wow...I totally missed this sub-forum.

Anyway..Candlemass is a band I've pretty much worshipped for the last 20 years or so, the Messiah era stuff being my favourite by far....especially Nightfall!!!

Words cannot describe how awesome I think this album is...


I like a lot of the Rob Lowe stuff too, he's an amazing singer.... though in the end ...I prefer him in Solitude Aeturnus.


And of course "Epicus..." was a classic...
