Hi, I'm Hailey. I live in Australia with my Hubby and my 9 year old Baby Girl and I am currently pregnant. I found this site on Google and thought I might join. I like all kinds of different genres of music (except rap and R&B) but I LOVE classic rock and my favourite bands are Heart, The Divinyls, Midnight Oil, Deep Purple, The Cars, Veruca Salt, Better Than Ezra, Magic Dirt, Jebediah, Pat Benatar, Journey, Cold Chisel, Letters to Cleo, Superjesus, Jewel, Kiss, Nazareth and many, many more!! My Dad was a music journalist so I grew up listening to a lot of classic rock bands and I was the lead singer of a band for a few years and we played support for Killing Heidi in St Kilda. I haven't really had much experience on forums so I'm kinda shy but I'm looking forward to meeting you all.

There are quite a few Aussies here, so I hope you feel at home. I'm also a fan of Letters to Cleo, Nazareth, Veruca Salt, Better than Ezra and Deep Purple. 80s punk and early alternative, 90s grunge and mainstream alternative, prog rock, stuff from those 2 decades mostly. I've visited Tasmania a few times, nice place but different from mainland culture I hear. Again, welcome and enjoy yourself :3

I noticed somebody from Western Australia joined below me. lol It is great to meet another person who likes LTC. Here in Australia not many people know who they are and I think they are one of the most underrated groups from the 90s.

I am into 90s bands with female lead singers, when matched with watery, distorted chords. LTC, Veruca, Garbage, L7, Breeders, Cranberries, The Cardigans, The Gits, pretty much everything but Hole.
