This is a very epic battle with 128 guitar players. That is right I said 128! So if one of your favorite guitarist isn't on this list then either you like very obscure bands or you don't like guitar players. I tried to get a very wide variety of players and I think most will be impressed. There will be a lot of parts so be on the look out. This is part three!

RULE: ONLY VOTE FOR ONE GUITAR PLAYER PER GROUP

[Group 1] B.B. King (Solo)
[Group 2] Steve Howe (Yes)
[Group 3] Tommy Shaw (Styx)
[Group 4] Randy Rhoads (Ozzy Osbourne)
[Group 5] John Lee Hooker (Solo)
[Group 6] Steve Vai (Frank Zappa)
[Group 7] Robin Trower (Solo)
[Group 8] Joe Satriani (Solo)
[Group 9] Elliot Easton (The Cars) But I have to comment that Erik Braunn (RIP) is the classic IB guitarist, not Danny Weis
[Group 10] Glenn Tipton (Judas Priest)
[Group 11] Eric Johnson (Solo)
[Group 12] Rory Gallagher (Solo)

Weis was a founding member of IB and played on one album. I liked both Weis and Braunn. Weis also had some good licks with the band Rhinoceros. It was hard to pick between the two.
