I doubt they will play much from this, Tray, considering they are in the opening slot and considering this album is so radically different from anything they have done before. If they do, Priest fans will probably riot. Yes, it is THAT different. I suspect you will be treated to a "best of" type playlist so it should be a decent show.

Hopefully they'll just play one as a taster if they do play any! As long as they do a few from Operation: Mindcrime and Empire I'll be a happy bunny

While I will admit that Empire has a lot of songs that I really enjoy on it,
it was the beginning of the end for me, way too commercial radio sounding to be what I have always REALLY loved about them. Queensryche were one of my favorite bands growing up and I will always love their stuff from the EP up until OMC, and I still like Empire and even OMCII, but the rest I have had nothing but disdain for. I'm not surprised that this sucks, it's what I was expecting, but I am surprised to see Tunez saying it sucks...It must be REALLY bad.

Nothing short of the old school metal fans raving about it was gonna get me to even bother DLing it to listen to it after all the crap they have released over the years...

I'm not surprised that this sucks, it's what I was expecting, but I am surprised to see Tunez saying it sucks...It must be REALLY bad.

Yeh... in fact I'm still not sure whether to be pissed off at them or embarrassed for them or both.

TUИEZ, I was really looking forward for your review and I am a little bit relieved that the opinions of a die hard Queensryche fan are matching mine . Sadly I also must admit that Queensryche are at the lowest point of their career. In my opinion they have fallen dramatically after Promised Land.

I may skip their tour this year also, Phil. If I do it will be the 1st time in 20 years to do that. Geoff was already playing some sax on older songs last time I saw them. And that was even after the Cabaret tour. I should have seen this coming. :mad
