Re: Molly Hatchet

I am sure they sound okay but they are pretty much a tribute band now.Dave Hlubek is the only original member.

Bobby Ingram and John Galvin are still with the band, they are on this tour!

They sound pretty damn good, if you ask me

Re: Molly Hatchet

I love all the Hatchet albums!!!

...& let's not forget the KISS Connection...

:rs:

* On their 'Lightning Strikes Twice' they did "Hide Your Heart" which was written by Desmond Child, Paul Stanley, & Holly Knight. The song was also on Kiss' 'Hot in the Shade', Ace Frehley's 'Trouble Walkin'' & Bonnie Tyler's 'Notes from America'

^ I'm a 50 minute train ride from the ''Big Apple'' eberg...cool tune, both of them!

:cheers2
Ronnie Van Zant was suppose to be Molly Hatchet's producer in the early days, beginning the production for the Debut album in 1977. Van Zant's death delayed Molly Hatchet to release the debut until 1978 with producer Tom Werman.

Yeah, I heard that too - nice info Magic.

Re: Molly Hatchet

The current line-up of Molly Hatchet has a cover of The Beatles "Yesterday" that is pretty good:
