    Phil Ochs wrote and sang a song also called Changes: the version I'm familiar with though is from Crispian St Peters Comparing those 2 tracks is like comparing the 2 versions Simon & Garfunkel made with The Sound(s) of Silence and I think Crispian St Peters version appeared around the same...
