I wore-out that Johnny Van Zant Band album when it was first released. This album was a big hit in the southern rock and rock scene. What a great record. What a great time!

My vote goes to No More Dirty Deals....the fabulous opening track.

You aren't alone, MP! I quickly bought NMDD when it was first released, and it became one of my favorites! I also bought all of the subsequent JVZ Band albums and enjoy them quite alot, too! If I remember correctly all three of the earlier JVZ albums were going to be released on CD, but only NMDD actually was done?

That makes at the least two of NMDD vinyls that were worn out, GM! Some of my neighbors probably knew the terrific songs from that album as well as I did! Yes, to both!

Nice Man!! It was one of those records where I thought I was the only kid to own a copy...it belonged to only me. Nobody else I knew in my neighborhood or school had it and I loved it.
