Well Zak Starkey has been the drummer for The Who since the 90s. He was also the drummer for Oasis for a while. He's also worked with his dad Ringo + His All-Star Band.

I saw George's son Dhani on stage playing acoustic guitar when Jeff Lynne, Tom Petty and numerous other luminaries were performing While My Guitar Gently Weeps at the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame a few months ago...the resemblance was uncanny and I did a double take when I first saw him.
I have lost track of him completely 70's Guy, I only have one of his songs on a compilation album and I thought he retired from recording after that one.
Julian Lennon actually took a break after 1990's from music.
He was upset after the grand success/grammy nominee of his debut album VALOTTE..he had minor success on following album
dated Olivia D'Abo (daughter of Mike D'Abo of Manfred Mann fame /actress who starred in The Wonder Years)
battled depression ,substance abuse..
Sir Paul and Ringo helped him alot during his down period...
He went back to Art studies in the U.k. ..
and is about to release a new album 'Everything Changes in the early summer of 2010

To answer the question about Dhani being in the music industry, he does have his own band, thenewno2.
As for the new Julian Lennon album, it's still listed as TBA everywhere I can see, but he did do that charity track "Lucy" to commemorate the life of the Lucy who inspired the Beatles track.
Oh, and, I once read Ringo wanted his kids to look more like their mother. A bit of bad luck there
Here's Ringo and his youngest Jason Starr
playing on Liverpool 8 cd
Ahh yeah too bad Ringo ..they look EXACTLY like you ..lol..I DON'T think thats a bad thing ,Hun
