Default The Holloways

Somewhere between deliciously infectious pop, gritty guitar based indie and high energy punk lies The Holloways. Moulded together with a dash of ska and a smooth cockney accent, the final product equals pure fun!

Formed in 2004, it only took them two years to have recorded and released their debut album "So This Is Great Britain?" with their second single "Generator" reaching no.30 in the UK charts.

After their home and recording studio was burned down in 2008, the band started afresh, and with a new member as well to write their second album "No Smoke, No Mirrors" which was greeted with mixed reviews.

Not my favorite from your artist Sal but it is a fun group and I do hear the punk, ska elements in it like you said. I heard the energy in it but I can't say it was an infectious feeling for me! It wasn't like a bad infection either so it's good enough to be in the middle for me!
