What does this song sound like?

Am I crazy or doesn't the beginning/refrain of this song sound like another song? Does anyone have any ideas of what that other song is? I am pretty sure it is a Classic Rock song I just can't remember the title. Something that sounds very similar, almost like the refrain is a remake of the same notes being played possibly with the lyrics something like "Don't talk about . . ." ??

The beginning kind of reminds me of "Brown Sugar" by the Rolling Stones. And vaguely like "Why Can't We Be Friends" (War).

The opening beats do sound like Tone Loc...then you start adding those synth beats and it sounds like Tom Petty....
