The Outsiders were a Cleveland band back in the 60's.See Flower's review here: http://www.classicrockforums.com/for...n-thread-6356/ Here's another Cleveland band(early 70's) ~Circus~ doing Stop Wait and Listen
that would have been on a local jukebox here in NE Ohio.

No video of the band exists but here's a nice intro by Music Mike talking about my favorite AM radio station back in the day WIXY1260 and the record from Circus.

Interesting! The version Flower posted sounds like a later rerecording by the Outsiders. Here's the original being performed "live" in 1966:
