Hey, at least your honest! As far as I'm concerned you are welcome but I'll just offer a little advice! Our basic rule is insult the band and not the fan. Having an opinion about a band is cool! That's what we are here for! It's so easy to speak your mind without crossing that line where you call out fans for being a certain way for listening to them. We have plenty of members who can do that. Personally, I have my own taste but bands I don't like aren't a threat to me so I don't go in others peoples threads if they aren't one I like and I spend minimal time talking about them. Anyway, just expanding on what you said because I'd hate to see someone passionate about music lose as you said his last resource to talk about it! Just have fun with what you do like and you'll be fine! Peace!

Welcome Velvetclown...you have nothing to worry about here, as long as you Don't insult anyone personally, criticizing bands etc. is fine but we don't allow flaming in the threads.

If you can resist that urge you will enjoy a long tenure here, at least I hope you do.

Hi yourself! Nothing wrong with the truth as long it is not a slur against a fellow member. All opinions are welcome here. If someone doesn't like your band, however, you should be able to take it, not just dish it out.
