Resolved: Youtube Video's in posts

Ok, I have seen some explanations of how to insert you tube videos in a post, and I see everyone else doing it, so why can't I?

I thought it was just like adding a photo, but I'll be damned if I can get it to work.

Can someone who is more tech savvy (or less of a mental midget (sorry I meant little person) ) tell me how to do this?

it's almost like adding the pictures, there is a twist

you can either type out the "[ yt]""[/ yt]" tags or when you hit go advanced or if it is a new thread hit the little "youtube" logo button up by the same bar where the image tag button is....

you have to copy the part of the URL in the youtube video after the "="...

www.youtube.com/watchxyz=*insert random letters*
the bolded part is what copy and paste between the [ yt][ /yt] tags...

make sense?

Got it Eberg. Thanks. Turns out I was almost doing it correctly, I just had tooo much stuff in between the tags.
