Not hard to confuse Sox when it comes to technology - he still doesn't know how to work the DVD recorder and we've had it four years
Eck I'm in for it now |

I'll wager my friend has no trouble finding the right end of the ale barrel though Tracey...
Now to business, Thumper that is a good idea, I think Magic has one somewhere, but I'll do the Image hosting site "How To" later today. |

| Re: Help posting pics I saved a copy for myself and Sooty has posted it a few times already...it reminds me a little of the Stay Puff Marshmallow Man from the first Ghostbusters when I look at it. |

You're right there LG! But do you know what, the other week we had our friend Tony over for the weekend. (Sox and Tony make a right pair, talk about blow my mind at times!) The lads had been on a few real ales in the afternoon and then in the evening we decided to have a couple of bottles of wine. I should have known better than to confuse the situation by having a cork top bottle of wine and a screw top bottle. I kid you not, LG, I caught Sox trying to unscrew the cork bottle and Tony trying to use a corkscrew on the twist cap bottle. They weren't messing about either - Sox started swearing when it wouldn't unscrew and Tony blamed the fact he'd forgotton his glasses so couldn't see whether it was a cork or not. Talk about a pair |

Did they simply resort to breaking the tops off the wine bottles after being frustrated?... |

| Re: Help posting pics ^^Good thing there was Someone with intelligence in the party.
I would do the same myself, if I were frustrated long enough when subtlety and guile is exhausted,(Like using a cork screw on a screw top bottle), I would resort to Brute force too. |

| Re: Help posting pics I will post an images tutorial here then resolve and lock this thread.
Step 1:
* Find the image you want online.
* Right click your mouse while hovering on the image.
* Select "save picture as" from the pop-up menu and save the image to your PC. (image will be in a folder named "pictures" on most PC's.)
Step 2:
* Register at an image hosting site. (they are free) tinypic, imageshack, photobucket, etc.
* Upload the image to the hosting site. (they give instructions on how to do this)
* The hosting site will give you a URL to the image and even place it in [IMG] tags for you.
* Copy that URL with the [IMG] tags or you can add the tags yourself.
Step 3:
* Paste the URL into a post. If you didn't copy the [IMG] tag with the URL you must make the tags yourself.
example: [*img]URL GOES HERE[*/img] remove the * from your tags!!!
An alternate way to post images:
find the image online
Right click the image and select "properties"
copy the URL from the "properties"
and paste that in the image tags.
(this doesn't always work since some images have copyrights, etc) |

| Re: {Resolved} Help posting pictures ^^Photobucket is the best one that I have used. Imageshack has an annoying tendency to Lose pictures or they come up blank when I am going through my albums. I have never had any problems with Photobucket. Edit: I like Photobucket and my personal preference is Tinypic.com...Magic |
