I don't work out but Sunny and I are in a rowing team so we do a lot of training for that. I also run long distance and just completed the City To Surf run on Sunday. I ran
the 14 kilometres in just over an hour which wasn't too bad considering all the crowd jostling that was happening.

I, like Nivanadude used to keep myself pretty fit but over the years its got less and less and now I feel totally unfit and not myself at all. It feels like Im dragging someonelses body about

I use to go to Arobics twice a week, swim twice a week, use an exercising machine, go dancing and walked everywhere I could.

Then the gym a few years back, I liked the weights but I got bored listening to the same tapes all the time and going alone, it got very repetitive.

I do miss keeping fit though and thats why I decided to get my little four legged friend

To stop me being a couch potatoe, I walk her when I can and not only does she get me out an about she's a great company also.

Say hello to my little friend

I all around workout, mainly like a triathlete. Completed my first Sprint triathlon this year, was good fun. Right now my wife and I are training for the Chicago Half Marathon in September. She is a bit more into working out than me, and has a strong desire to complete an Ironman in a couple years. I may eventually do a half Ironman; it's just swimming in open water is one of my fears and makes me a bit nervous~

Congrats on that first triathlon Kuaizi
