For formal team sports it was football, but only for a couple of years. I couldn't stand the coaches' sadistic streaks.
On my own, it was pretty much just tennis and handball (I was quicker than I look now  ).

^^When you talk about your "Sadistic" coaches I am reminded of a Marine Corp type drill instructor I had in Grade 12 basketball, plus he was a face talker,,,which I find offensive. Anyway one day he was in full blown apoplexy and started chewing me out in front of the team in practice, when he asked me what I thought...I looked him right in the eye and told him..."Your mouthwash aint cutting it coach", a line I remembered from Dirty Harry... 
Needless to say there were a few laps and push ups that followed, but my teammates all bought me a beer Friday night...boy was it funny, and I would do it again.  | |

I played basketball and baseball my freshman and sophmore years, and just baseball as a junior and senior.
After high school I started playing tennis and softball, and then later on I got into water skiing, snow skiing and jet skiing. Woo hooooo!

I did nothing for my first year, but after randomly watching the famous 2006 Ashes test during the school holidays, I signed up for the school cricket team. Since then I've been hooked and played until I left, and I'm now playing for my local club.
I also played for the school footy ( AFL)team in years 9 and 10.

I was a basketballer.
Not a very good one, mind you. I used to spend a lot of time tending the pine. 
But I had fun. Been considering joining a social club and getting back into it. Need a bit of fitness  | |

Used to do some volleyball, floor hockey, cross country and pitching (baseball).
Tried soccer and basketball but wasn't cut out for either. | |

Cheerleading for one football season
and then I quit...for personal reasons
I then became a Band member ,choir. and all city Choir Elite[LIKE GLEE yes !]
Twas music for me...I left sports to the brothers..

Summer: golf, basketball, volleyball, softball and water-skiing
